At Faribault Mill, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our mill.
